Communicor WorldWide Limousine ("Owner") acknowledges that it collects geolocation data of users through its mobile application ("App") solely for the purpose of tracking their location in real-time. Owner commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the geolocation data collected through the App and will not disclose or use the data for any purpose other than tracking the User's location in real-time.

Owner understands that the geolocation data collected through the App is the sole property of the User. Owner will only collect the data necessary for the purpose of tracking the User's location in real-time and will not store or save the data for any other purpose.

Owner agrees that it will not disclose the User's geolocation data to any third-party without the express written consent of the User, except where required by law.

Owner acknowledges that any violation of this commitment may result in irreparable harm for which there may be no adequate remedy at law, and Owner agrees to take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the geolocation data collected through the App.

This confidentiality commitment shall remain in effect for the duration of the User's use of the App and any period thereafter when Owner is in possession of the geolocation data collected through the App.

By providing access to the App, Owner agrees to be bound by the terms of this confidentiality commitment and to take all necessary measures to ensure compliance with this commitment.

This confidentiality commitment constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

By using the App, the User acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this confidentiality commitment.
